Adapting promptly to the restrictions placed on physical viewings means that many agents are offering Video Viewings,  but what are they and how can they help with the sale of your property?

Our view is that video viewings are a great way for buyers to continue to connect with your home whilst the Government restrictions are in place.  They give a safe way for buyers to begin to experience what your home has to offer,  ask us questions about your home, the area and give buyers a safe way to discover how your property could be right for them.

Each agent will have their own way of conducting these viewings,  but with property portals showing buyers looking on line are still plentiful they provide a useful tool in the sale of your property during these difficult times and once the restrictions begin to ease will help your home make the shortlist of properties buyers want to view in person.
