Our two sales packages are thoughtfully put together to suit your lifestyle and the amount of time you may, or may not, have to sell your home. And we also know some homeowners are familiar with the market, so we’ve reflected this in our choice of package. Whether you’re an experienced seller, short of time, haven’t moved for years, are unsure how modern selling works, or simply want to make your house sale as rewarding as possible, we have the right sales package, and additional services, for you.
Our fees start from as little as £795 inc. VAT. Please find below full details of our two sales packages:
This package is best suited to sellers who have sold plenty of properties. You are well versed with dealing with solicitors, surveyors and lenders and are looking for an expert in marketing and negotiation to secure you that all important buyer.
This package includes:
- Our professional view on the value of your property
- Property photo and video shoot
- 1 sale board
- Property marketing on national portals, social media and our website
- Booking viewings, requesting viewing feedback
- Offer negotiations and buyer verification
- Guidance on local experts such as Financial Advisors, Solicitors, Surveyors and Removals
- Issuing of the Memorandum of Sale
Once the Memorandum of Sale has been issued you then pick up the sales progression side and and we step away.
Fixed Fee from £795*
This fixed fee is due prior to marketing the property and there is nothing to pay on Completion. You would have the option to upgrade to our Gold Standard Pack at any point (additional fees would apply).
This package is best suited to sellers who are short on time or haven’t moved for years and who value having a professional who can take hold of their property sale and drive it forward with the focus and experience that it needs to make it happen.
This package includes:
- Your sale being personally cared for by a myplace Director
- A service that extends beyond traditional weekday office hours and on into the weekend
- A service that gives you our professional view on the value of your property, coupled with advice individually tailored to making your property reach its true potential.
- Your detailed pre-photo shoot guide.
- Your homes photo shoot, including video shoot and floor plans preparation.
- Bespoke sales launch for your property that includes social media sneak peeks, video, targeted promotion to active buyers on our database accompanied by listings on national property portals reaching buyers nationwide.
- Management of viewings, including an introduction to your property to buyers via virtual viewings as well as in person viewings.
- Following up with buyers for viewing feedback, buyer verification and offer negotiation.
- Guidance on local experts such as Financial Advisors, Solicitors, Surveyors, Removals and other services aid the smooth sale of your property.
- Professional sales progression that actively seeks to keep communication flowing, maintaining your sales momentum and helps deal with questions and queries promptly.
