How can I get the best price for my property?

Why do I need fantastic photographs?

Your photographs are your buyers 1st window into your home.  Time is needed to get these just right, that’s why when we come and photograph your property we usually set aside 2-3 hours.

Does my property need a floorplan?

YES, these are essential. You will really frustrate your buyer if you don’t have one as they won’t be able to see how the space flows and how it can work for them.

How quickly can you get my property up for sale?

Once we have your approval to the marketing material, then it takes no more than 24 hours for your marketing to go live.

We understand that once you’ve made your decision you want to get your property on the market as quickly as possible. That’s why your photographs are scheduled so that we can capture everything needed at once and within a timeframe that you’re happy with.

What happens if a buyer contacts you at the weekend?

We believe in giving your sale the attention it deserves, that means we deal with enquiries on your property 7 days a week until 9pm.  These enquiries will be personally dealt with, no Call Centres we promise.

Who should do my viewings ?

We recommend that we do your viewings.  There is an art to a successful viewing and our experience means we bring together the right combination to make your buyer feel at ease whilst their attention is being drawn to benefits of your property.
